$100 deposit towards your sculpture, due within 48 hours of your appointment being confirmed. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of approving your current digital proof, before printing. If a payment becomes overdue, Chelsea reviews it and contacts you — nothing is cancelled, charged, refunded or forfeited automatically. The deposit is part of the total, not an extra fee. No payment is taken in this preview.

Do I need to be an athlete?
No. FORMA is for anyone who wants to celebrate their form and personal journey — gym-goers, athletes, dancers, or simply you. You choose the moment.
How is a custom body sculpture made?
Your form is captured using a phone, then digitally prepared for a headless printed sculpture. Proportions, pose suitability and balance are reviewed before printing. Final methods and physical finish samples are still being developed.
Can I choose how much of my body is included?
Choose a freestanding bust including chest, arms and torso, or a full-body sculpture including feet. Full body requires a separately charged plinth. Both have a short, clean neck cut.
Can I personalise my sculpture?
A name, year, competition or short message can be requested at an additional cost. Placement, production method and finish are still being tested; engraving is not promised.
Can I organise a scan at my gym?
Yes, you can express a preference for an individual gym visit or a visit with friends. Gym visits allow 30 minutes per person, with travel and setup planned separately. Venue arrangements and dates will need to be confirmed. Enquiries do not reserve appointments.
What should I wear?
Wear what represents the form you want to capture. Clothing, footwear and positioning will be discussed before confirming a scan; dance and ballet poses are welcome, subject to suitability review.
What happens during the scan?
Chelsea captures your form using a phone while you hold your selected pose. Capture suitability, stability and the practical details will be discussed before confirming an appointment.
How long does the scan take?
Allow up to 90 minutes for your studio appointment. That includes trying a few poses, reviewing the captures, choosing one final pose for your sculpture and discussing finishes — each scan itself takes around five minutes depending on the pose. Gym visits allow 30 minutes per person: arrive with your pose chosen for one scan and review, with a second scan if you’re unhappy with the first. Travel and setup for a gym visit are planned separately.
How long will my sculpture take?
Estimated 10 calendar days to make and finish your sculpture once both your current digital proof is approved and your full payment is verified; postage and delivery time are additional, so delivery within 10 days is not guaranteed. We confirm your estimated dispatch timeframe with you individually before the deposit is taken, not first disclosed after payment.
Will my images be deleted after use?
Client photos, raw scans, proof files and finished 3D models are scheduled for deletion 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery of your sculpture — not after booking, proof approval, dispatch or upload. If an order is cancelled or abandoned, the same files are scheduled for deletion 30 calendar days after Chelsea formally closes the order; inactivity alone never closes an order. There is no long-term archive, so these files will no longer be available for reorders after deletion. Order and payment records are kept separately. In this test preview no photos or scans are collected and automatic deletion is not yet enabled.
What will it cost, and when can I book?
Standard range (Matte & stone, Chrome, Wood) busts are $495 / $575 / $650 for 15 / 17 / 20 cm; full body is $595 / $675 / $750 plus a required $60 plinth. Metal-filled adds $200 / $250 / $300. Simple text personalisation is $45; complex personalisation is quoted. Prices are in AUD and include GST and standard Australian delivery. Gym visits and international delivery are quoted separately. Booking availability is awaiting confirmation.
